precision engineered systems is proud to announce that this innovative new machine will automatically solder 8-foot tubes in less than 15 seconds with high cpk values. the operator loads two pre-cut tubes into the loading bin and presses the palm buttons. grippers take the tubes and insert them into a set of rollers that will guide them through the soldering process. the tubes are quickly heated and solder wire is fed into the joint. they are air cooled and water quenched before being fed onto an unloading bin. the operator can load the next parts during the soldering process so no time is lost. the machine is fully programmable for wirefeed start, stop and cooling times, rate of tube feed and rate of solder feed giving you the ultimate control over the soldering process.
