In this video i'm going to show you guys a free alternative to adobe indesign i found called scribus.

about the program:
scribus is a desktop publishing (dtp) application. it is known for its broad feature set of page layout features comparable to leading commercial applications such as quarkxpress and adobe indesign. scribus is designed for flexible layout and typesetting, and the ability to prepare files for professional quality image setting equipment. it can also create animated and interactive pdf presentations and forms. example uses include writing newspapers, brochures, newsletters, posters and books.
the file below i made using scribus, and it only took me about 2 minutes, and instead of exporting it as an image, like i normally would. i decided to try a different file type. a pdf.
