early 1990's. early spring in st. petersburg. two old friends zinovy and anatoly get drifted on a small ice-floe into the open sea while ice-fishing. no mobile phones, no radio station, no people around - just an old car with two poor fishermen on the floating island. the ice-floe is melting. they have almost no chances to survive. but two friends do not panic and continue ice-fishing. at night, before going to sleep in a car, they are trying to figure out why they deserved such a punishment. it turns out that the two old foxes have a lot to remember...
