What better way to pass the time, why you're stuck in traffic, than to video record the crew doing all that great work along the highway? either way, this appeared to be an interesting, automated system for painting stripes so i'm glad i captured it on my video camera. the location of this work was on the eastbound lanes of interstate 70 just a mile or two (1.6 to 3.2 kilometres) west of vail pass at an elevation of about 10,000 feet (3,000+ metres). vail pass, itself, is located about 95 (150 kilometres) miles west of denver, colorado.
