It's well known that bnp chairman nick griffin flew to libya to grovel money from the arab dictator colonel gaddafi - from the same man that gave semtex explosives to the ira, so the ira could blow-up british citizens and kill ulster loyalists, and the same man who sponsored the bombing of pan am flight 103 over lockerbie, which killed 243 passengers, 16 crew, and 11 lockerbie residents who died when the impact vapourised their homes (there were 31 british people among the dead passengers, including paul jeffreys, bass player with the group cockney rebel, who was honeymooning with his wife rachel). gaddafi's agents also murdered british police constable yvonne fletcher.
bnp members excuse nick griffin's disgusting opprtunism by pretending nick griffin "only" did it for the money (although doing it for the money is arguably worse than doing it for reasons of genuine belief). however, as this video shows, there were strong ideological links between nick griffin and colonel gaddafi, which resulted in nick griffin taking bulk copies of gaddafi's "green book" which, as national front chairman, nick griffin passed to nf members and public libraries back in the uk.
if that wasn't bad enough, nick griffin also pioneered a policy of engaging with black racists, including the chicago based islamo-fascist leader louis farrakhan's group the nation of islam! like current bnp publicity director mark collett, louis farrakhan famously praised adolf hitler, and the nation of islam considered a pact with the nazi terror group the ku klux klan. nick griffin's trip to libya was reported on the front page of nf news issue 111 (where, as pointed out in nick griffin's humiliating defeat on question time) nick griffin announced a "new alliance" between the nf and islamo-fascists which (at least in nick griffin's mind) also included the iranian dictator ayatollah khomeini.
