This tutorial shows you how to to make unlimited cell phone calls using google voice
1) have a google voice account
2) foward your google voice phone number to your cell phone that you want it to work with
3) make sure you are on one of the following plans with your cell phone carrier or something similar to these plans that let you have an unlimited calling list.
t-mobile / myfaves
at&t / a-list
verizon - family & frirends
sprint - pick 3
not advertised, you have to call and ask about this service
4) go to settings in your google voice account on your computer web browser, click on the calls tab, go to caller id and select "display my google voice number"
note: i did not include how to make outgoing calls because each cell phone might have a different way how to make outgoing calls using google voice. many smartphones have their own gv app.
