Chapter 7 of my story, "a coarse history of the world."
here yakar learns that god will be the sacrifice and due to isaac's name meaning 'laughter' yakar feels that god laughs at death for isaac returns with his father abraham after the sacrifice. yakar has seen god's day and so has abraham. abraham is relieved to find out that it will not be his son that is sacrificed and rather it will be god's day when that sacrifice is fully paid. chapter 7 is the completion of chapter 1 and i hope that it was worth the wait for god's gift is worth it.
